  • 2 bags of organic chamomile tea
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon of fresh ginger, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, ground

  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 cups of water
